Barbershop to be included at the World Choir Games in 2012: Recently, in Pennsylvania they announced that Barbershop will be included at the World Choir Games in Cincinnati for the first time in 2012, and that Marcia Pinvidic and Dale Syverson have been invited to be part of the judging panel. This is also the first time that this event, with an estimate of more than 400 choral groups and over 20,000 competitors from 70 countries, will be held in a city in the western hemisphere, and it is quite an honour for Sweet Adelines International to have these judges invited, and especially exciting for Region 26.
RMT Applications Applications for RMT positions from 2013 - 2015 are now being accepted. Application forms (.doc) (.pdf) are also available from your President or Team Coordinator, and should be send to this year's Nominating Committee Chair, Genie Klatt, at genklatt@telus.net. Positions open for election/appointment for 2013 are: Director Coordinator Events Coordinator Finance Coordinator Marketing Coordinator Thank you for your interest in serving Region 26.
