Vernon Kalamalka Chorus - Car Rehearsals.

Vernon Kalamalka Chorus has been getting together for rehearsals since March 18.  We invested in a sound system and FM transmitter and so we’ve been doing car rehearsals.

It’s wonderful to be singing together again!  It’s taken some getting used to but it’s working.  We hope to use the mics and all to sing at Long Term Care places soon.  We’ll just have to get them to tune in to our frequency on their radios or a central stereo and then we can give them a performance.  Singing for our seniors is something we love to do.  We just need to get our voices in shape and polish our repertoire.    Here’s what it looks like:

I’m happy to share how to do it.  Just contact Debbie Parmenter at dlpar@telus.net and I’ll send you all the info I have.  You don’t need to be super techie, I’m not!  It cost us about $100 per person.  Money well spent to get us back together again.
