Tim Marron
Tim Marron is a lifelong barbershop singer, having competed in a quartet with his brother, friend, and Dad in “Three Lads and a Dad” at age 12! Tim attributes barbershop to bringing incredible opportunities and “all the best things” in his life: family experiences, competing on the International Stage for over a decade as a quartet singer with his brother Mike, directing a men’s chorus (including his sons Connor and Austin), travelling internationally as a coach, clinician, and (former) Singing Category Judge for the Barbershop Harmony Society, and meeting the love of his life, Sandy Marron, at the BHS International in 2005!
Tim has passionately researched voice physiology and vocal production in his quest to help singers understand how the vocal mechanism actually works and gain control over their instrument. Tim has had the honour of being the in-house vocal coach for Lions Gate Chorus for a number of years and is thrilled to help singers in Sweet Adelines, BHS, and Harmony Inc. reach their personal and ensemble vocal goals.
