We are a group of women from Kamloops and surrounding area who love to sing & perform. We sing 4 part, a cappella harmony, barbershop style (no musical accompaniment). But wait, that's not all! As members of the worldwide organization, Sweet Adelines International, we compete annually with choruses from BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan and have three times won the Open Division, Audience Choice Award; a category that focuses on entertaining our audiences, as well as singing well. Competing every year keeps our singing standards high, and it’s actually fun, too.

Stacey Rose is a Baritone in Lions Gate Chorus, the 2020 International Silver Medalists. She is also the Marketing Coordinator for both Lions Gate Chorus and Region 26 Sweet Adelines.
