Un-contest - The Inspirational Marcia Pinvidic

Today we spotlight an Inspirational Leader within Region 26 - Marcia Pinvidic. If you haven’t yet spent time in Marcia’s presence, well you’ve missed out on something rather special. 

An inspiration, mentor, friend, coach, teacher, leader and ambassador, Marcia is a true treasure in Region 26 and we are so fortunate to call her ours.

Marcia is celebrating 40 years with the organization this year. She is currently serving as Chair of the Education Direction Committee. She is a certified Expression judge, a member of the International Faculty and a past International President (2014-2016).

“I am currently a member of the Pacific Edge Chorus and celebrating 40 years with the organization. Over those years I have served at one time in every leadership role in a chorus, including Director, President, choreographer, etc.”

I asked Marcia for some timely words:

“I think the events right now highlight the importance of belonging to this organization. Having all the connections and being able to share our thoughts and feeling with other women who understand us is invaluable in coping right now. And knowing that all of that will be here for us when this challenging time is over is such a comfort. We may not know where and when but we will be together again!”
